  • The project developer will contribute $250,000 to Miami Dade College for tuition assistance for 25 residents from the public housing sites for participation in affordable housing property management program.

  • The project developer will contribute $100,000 to Urban Construction Craft Academy for job training programs.

  • The project developer will contribute $100,000 to Cambridge College of Healthcare and Technology for training and exposure to healthcare service positions for residents.

  • Neighborhood Crime Watch to be established in coordination with local police department

Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) does not include the $9.5 billion in revenue that SG Little River Holdings will provide to Miami-Dade County as part of the revenue-sharing plan. The County can allocate these funds for housing and community development purposes inclusive of but not limited to small business assistance, job creation, and educational and healthcare programs.
